Violators can be fined up to $500.00
*Right-of-way is the area between the

the sidewalk which includes trees, utility poles
and lamp posts.

AID VICTIMS OF
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
Mt. Healthy resident Anne Cole is sponsoring a drive to
collect
no-longer-used wireless phones in any condition. The phones will be given to the
Verizon Wireless "HopeLine" program which donates
phones and airtime to victims and provides funding and
other contributions to non-profit domestic violence shelters
and prevention programs across the country.
Drop off your no-longer-used cell phones at the
City Building (7700 Perry St.) during business hours
8:30 AM and 4:30 PM Monday thru Friday
