Resident Issues and Complaints

If you see something around our city that needs attention, such as tall grass, garbage, missed trash pick-up, building in disrepair, overgrown vegetation, street light not working, etc., please let us know. We ask that you send an email to feedback@mthealthy.org and, if possible, include a photo or two of the infraction.
The feedback inbox is monitored Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Not only will it get our immediate attention, but it will be directed to the correct person/department and you will receive a confirmation email. Think of this as the new ClickFix.
Remember, as residents of Mt. Healthy, you are our customers, and we work for you! Therefore, if something matters to you, it matters to us.
