Mayor's Court
Mt. Healthy holds Mayor's Court twice a month on Thursdays at 5:00 p.m. Check schedule below for dates. Court is held in Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall, 7700 Perry Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
If you need to make a ticket payment, you may do so in a few different ways. You can pay online by clicking here or use the Ticket Payments link in the left side bar. You may also call the Mt. Healthy Mayor's Court Clerk at 513-728-3183 or pay in person at 7700 Perry Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231 between 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.
An initial payment of $20.00 will be collected for all new payment plans. This amount will be deducted from your total payment due. A minimum of $20.00 is required upon each payment due date. A reminder sheet with your next payment date and updated balance due will be given to you each time you make a payment. Payment due dates coincide with current Mayor's Court dates; see revised court date schedule below.
Mt. Healthy Mayor's Court is now accepting partial payments online and over the phone for cases that have been heard in court and are currently on a payment plan.
If you fail to comply with your Payment Plan Agreement, the following repercussions will occur:
a) A warrant for your arrest and/or the forfeiture of your driver’s license;
b) A block preventing you from obtaining a vehicle registration;
c) Additional fines, costs, or fees assessed to your case, for which you are responsible; and
d) If more than 30 days overdue, the entire balance, plus a 30% fee on each case, will be added when sent to collections.
If your case is in collections, a payment in the full amount due can be accepted at the Mayor's Court Clerk Office in City Hall (7700 Perry Street). Otherwise, contact the collections agency directly to arrange for further partial payments. Any forfeiture or block on your license will not be removed until the balance on your case is paid in full.
