Community Room Rental

The Community Room is located in the City Park next to the pool at 1541 Hill Ave., Mt. Healthy, OH 45231. It’s used for community events and is also available to rent for private functions such as birthday parties, baby showers, dinners, wedding showers, meetings, etc.

To reserve the Community Room, check availability for the date you need by calling 513-931-8840 Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or click on the bar to your left (Community Room Availability). After you have established that the Community Room is available on the date of your event, print and fill out the Community Room Rental Agreement. Bring the signed rental agreement along with a $150.00 reservation fee to 7700 Perry Street Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.  Copies of the rental agreement are also available at 7700 Perry Street if you are unable to print it yourself.  Non-profits and civic groups located in the City of Mt. Healthy may qualify for special rates.

Rates:

  • $150 reservation fee to secure your date and cover the first 3 hours of your event (this includes set up and tear down).
  • $50 for each additional hour or any portion thereof.
  • $250 refundable deposit, payable by cash or credit card (see rental agreement for information about return of security deposits)

The security deposit and payment for any additional time must be made when you pick up your keys, typically one business day before the date of your event.  For example, if your event is on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday you will need to come in on Friday before 4:30pm to make payment and pick up the keys.

Gazebo

The Gazebo is located in the Mt. Healthy City Park near the playground and is open to the public.  

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO GRILLING OR OPEN FLAMES OF ANY KIND PERMITTED IN THE PARK AT ANY TIME.

The City reserves the right remove you and your party from the Gazebo at any time should the City deem that you are being disruptive to other persons in the park or are causing damage to City property. 

You are responsible for cleaning up after yourself and your party and putting all trash in trash cans conveniently located throughout the park.
