Community Room Rental

Capacity of Room: 60
Tables: 11 tables, 8 feet long
Reservation Fee: $150.00 (provides three hours in the room, which includes set-up and tear-down)
Extra Hours: $50.00 for each additional hour or portion thereof
Security Deposit: $250.00 paid by credit card only (due on the day you pick up the key; refundable)
Key Pick Up: The business day prior to your event. If your event is on a Saturday or Sunday, you will pick up the key on Friday (between 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)
Cancellations: Reservation Fee ($150) refundable only if cancelled two weeks prior to your event date.
